Lamorinda Libraries National Park Centennial Celebration: Overview & Kickoff Event

Lamorinda Libraries Celebrate the National Park Service!

Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the National Park Service with a series of programs at the Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda Libraries.

Author talks, storytelling events, films, lectures, exhibits--lots of fun ways to say Happy Birthday to our National Parks.

National Park Centennial

The National Park Service turns 100 on August 25, 2016, and everyone can take part in the celebration!
The centennial will kick off a second century of stewardship of America's national parks and engaging communities through recreation, conservation, and historic preservation programs.
We invite you to find your park and discover the national parks and programs in your own backyard!

Generously sponsored by: Friends of the Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda community libraries.
