Having a filled-in paper UI form makes transferring the data to the online form go more quickly. Filing electornically is the quickest way to file.

Your application will need to be completed in one session.

You may wish to reserve a 2-hour computer to do this. Reserve Here

Two hour computers are available at:

Danville, Dougherty Station Computer Lab, Hercules, Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Pinole, Prewett Computer Lab, Pleasant Hill Computer Lab,  San Pablo, San Ramon, Walnut Creek Technology Center allow for up to 2 hours computer time.

The computer reservation system only shows two hour internet/word processing time slots that are open up to three days in advance.  Walk-in is on a first come first served basis.  One hour computers may reserved up to two days in advance.
