    • Encyclopedia of Business Information Sources
      Organized by industry, this resource lists general works, indexes, directories, associations, online databases, periodicals & newsletters, research centers and statistical sources.
    • Small Business Sourcebook
      This bibliography lists books and articles on starting specific businesses. The second volume covers business topics and lists helpful state agencies.

    Contra Costa library card holders may search the Small Business Sourcebook 2009 in the Small Business Resource Center database for information on starting a particular type of business. 

    For different businesses, there is a "bibliography" giving: associations, trade publications, and magazine articles that may also be available fulltext in this or other databases.
