Make a beautiful market bag with the new sewing machines in the library's Makerspace. Please bring the following: two compatible half yards of material, and matching thread. All ages are welcome, but registration is required.

Health Benefits of Meditation with Dr. Marshall Zaslove

Learn about the health benefits of meditation, including improved sleep, slowing or reversing aging, recovering from personal loss and grief, stilling the 'monkey mind', and understanding physical death, the near-death experience, and what lies beyond.
